Shipping policy

At "Blown Away Glass Studio", our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, our mission every day is to deliver to hundreds of customers across North America, and make sure that you deserve quality levels of responsiveness at any times.

Shipping and Payment

We currently only ship within North America (Canada & USA). We ship all orders via Canada Post. We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $150 (before tax and after discount) within Ontario ONLY. All the orders are subject to shipping rate calculated by Canada Post at checkout based on your location and speed of delivery service selected. 

Your delivery time is estimated from the ‘Ship Date’, not the ‘Order Date’. After your order is received, and payment authorized, it may take up to two business days to process your order unless otherwise notified. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have not receive a confirmation, please ensure it is not in your spam folder. We will do our best to process your order right away. Shipping only occurs during regular business days (Monday-Friday).

Any delivery date or time specified by Blown Away Glass Studio is a best estimate only, and Blown Away Glass Studio will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery due to weather, COVID-19, custom clearance, holidays. When you receive your shipping notification email, it will notify you of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. We do not ship to any international forwarding companies or PO boxes.

Canadian Orders

Canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial taxes. We offer 3 different trackable services offered by Canada Post:

Expedited Parcel 1-7 business days

Xpresspost 1-3 business days 

Priority 1-3 business days  

US Orders

Blown Away Glass Studio is not responsible for any customs duties & taxes incurred which are the responsibility of the buyer/receiver. Total purchase value will be declared on all parcels.  For more information on customs policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
