All Ash pieces are custom made for you using the ash you send us. To place your order: purchase the quantity of the item(s) you want and send us the ash. We need approximately one teaspoon of ash per piece. Please use a small container that is tightly secured, and clearly marked with your name then place that in a ziplock bag. Place a copy of the order details in the box. Once we receive your order we will fulfill the order in sequence. Then we will ship your piece(s) and any remaining ash back to you. This can take approximately 2-4 weeks depending on numbers of orders placed before yours and number of items ordered. You may choose to pick your piece(s) up instead of shipping them back to you.
